Pictures of Glacier National Park – 2

Here are some more images of Glacier National Park. I don’t like to crowd too many images on one page, so I use several posts when I have multiple images of a great place like Glacier National Park.

Grinnell Glacier trail. This is a steep, narrow trail with a fairly nasty drop off to the side in places. That is what is left of Grinnell Glacier that you can see above the trail. When I was a kid this glacier was really huge. I’ve got a post showing some now-and-after pictures of this glacier that I’l get out shortly. The above picture was taken about 15 years ago and the situation is much more grim today. Glacier National Park.
